What're you thinking about?

Searle found a great program we could use to set up an NPC chat system, and that's exactly what it was. We now had the tools to fully set up conversations between the player and NPCS and as an added bonus, we could adjust the program to make it seem as if the player is running an internal monologue of things around them.

I was put in charge of making up these small thoughts the player character would have when passing by certain assets and areas, mostly dry remarks such as "This town sure loves its mustard".

The system itself works off of using trigger boxes and canvas texts, its proved invaluable so far and has really sped up the process of getting NPC characters to be interactive.

I had to put quite a few into each scene to really help fill in some of the areas.
